35% of the work on the mentioned projects are completed and the future projects one after the other are in the works. The work has begun on the conference building with halls to fit 50 to 750 people as well as library and classroom. The two 20 store towers with very beautiful apartments decorated with harmonious and luxurious furniture’s are to be completed and to be opened soon.
There are also chalets with 30 apartment unites in them in a villa setting that can accommodate about 120 people which will be added to the residential area of the complex. A very attractive and luxury restaurant will be added at the high point of the mountain which can be reached with the ski lift / gondolas which is very similar to Namakabrood in the desert. The two towers will have offices and shopping centers open to the public.
