Reservation Policy and Information

  - Check in at 2 pm and check out at 12 Noon

  - Early check in late charge is available for additional fee

  - For after 6 pm check out half of full rate will be added

  - Valid ID (passport) is required all visitors

    - Additional person in the room add 280،000 Rials.

  - For the first child under 7 there is no charge and for two children under 7 one adult rate will be added

  - Breakfast buffet is included

Cancellation policy

  - 48 hours notice is required to cancel or change your reservation otherwise the first night will be charged

Payment policy

  - Please make payments to account number 0100062787004 Parsian Bank, Arak branch, bank code 2024/4 under the name of Amirkabir Recreational and Touring Complex .  Please fax us this deposit receipt to +98 861 3124060 one day before your arrival and indicate your name and date of arrival.  For visitors coming from abroad; due to the international economic sanctions payment can be accepted upon arrival.  Please arrange ahead for this arrangement.

  - Foreign credit cards (such as Visa, Mastercard, etc.) are not accepted.
