Amir Kabir recreation and touring complex, the largest and the most equipped one in the country, as one of the firms under the surveillance of Ayande Saz sustenance and retirement fund has been founded by the investment of the said fund and support of the authorities in the central province, Arak city.

Ayande Saz sustenance and retirement fund is a non-profitable institute which is established in 1976 in Iran Industries Development and Renovation Organization (IDRO). The members of the fund are managers and staffs of IDRO and the affiliated firms and companies.

Amir Kabir recreation and touring complex, was registered under No. 1224 in the Registration Office of Firms in Arak in 1988 under the name of Laleh Park and Fun Fair with a capital of 5 Million Rials as a multi functional servicing company for the purpose of managing Laleh Fun Fair in Arak.

After 14-15 years of establishing, and along with specialized studies for expansion of the company, as per the promises of the high rank authorities of the province and investment of Amir Kabir recreation and touring complex, the aim was fulfilled.

In this regard, in October 2003 under the studies and consensus of opinions of the experts and authorities, the said company under the name of Amir Kabir recreation and touring complex, whose denomination is the title of honor of a noble man as Mohammad Taghi khan one of the commander of construction during the period of Ghajar dynasty, and founder of Dar-al-Fonon (House of Sciences) that in its era introduces profound culture to the people of the world; also the establishment of industries, promotion of agriculture are among his outstanding achievements, obviously known by all the broad minded Iranians.

In this respect, Ayande Saz sustenance and retirement fund, believing that in order to appreciate this great man of Iran history, his title of honor was chosen as the name of the complex to revive the name and memories of Amir Kabir.

The plan in the form of a comprehensive plan was proposed to commission of article 5 of the province which was fortunately welcome and approved by the members of the said commission.

Ayande Saz sustenance and retirement fund, in order to fulfill the comprehensive plan, investment of considerable capital in the province, especially in Arak was taken into consideration. Some of the most important ones are construction and starting Kuh-e-Noor Hall, which capacity of 800 people along with Khayam auditorium which is one of the largest complex in the region, also Kuhestan Restaurant in the foot of the mountain, imminent with the complex, with a special architecture of Iranian features and artistic work of engineers and constructors of this country is erected.

Amir Kabir Hotel is constructed in a land with area of 25 acres, with a attractive view, sport club, and facilites such as swimming pool, dry and steam bath, health road, cycling field, tennis court and skate roll along with yard in 15 acres are erected one after another.
